InSight Slider^®

Patent-pending InSight Slider combines printed plastic sleeves and fold-over vacuum-formed trays to create a stylish visual package with a non-traditional geometry. Vac-trays are molded to conform to the shape of the product, holding it securely in place while showcasing it nicely within the package. The profile of the package is determined by the shape of the vac-tray. The lower cost of thermoform tooling makes InSight Slider more suitable than InSight for small to medium volume applications.

InSight Slider offers easy and very efficient hand-loading... the product is placed in the vacuum-formed tray, which folds over and slides into the sleeve. A slot in the tray engages a tab in the sleeve, locking the two components together securely.

The unique locking feature provides package security and tamper-resistance without the need for sonic, RF or heat sealing. A tear strip can be added to the package for easy opening.
